1. Our Commitment

At Triplelife Diet Centre, your health journey and satisfaction are our top priority. We stand by the quality of our nutrition services and products.

 

2. Nutrition Services (Consultations & Programs)

 

  • Cancellation & Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of your program or consultation fee if you formally cancel your appointment or program enrollment before the first scheduled session begins.

  • Policy After Commencement: Once the program or the initial consultation has commenced, or a personalized plan has been delivered, all fees are considered earned and are non-refundable.

 

3. Products (Supplements, Merchandise, etc.)

 

  • Return Window: Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, complete with all original, sealed packaging.

  • Return Shipping: The client is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and personalized content reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or had its safety seal broken.

  • Digital products, including customized meal plans, e-books, and online course access.

  • Perishable goods and clearance/sale items.

 

5. Refund Process

 

  • Timeline: Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

  • Fees: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply to certain product returns.
